Anita takes 4th place in UK Blitz Final

Anita and Jonah both qualified to the final of the UK Blitz Championships, held in Solihull on Saturday 16th November

Both were tough tournaments, 15 rounds of blitz against strong competition.

Anita Somton had great success in the Women's final, scoring 11/15 to finish in 4th place, far above her starting rank.

Jonah Willow also did well, scoring 7.5pts including wins against two grandmasters and top seed Ameet Ghasi. He finished 9th.
