Our annual club championships will be held on the following dates:
June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th 2026
Junior Championships: Under 12 and Under 16 (age on 1st September 2025)
Five round ECF-rated Swiss rapidplay, one game a night starting at 6.30pm
Time control: 15mins + 10s increments
Players are entitled to take one half-point bye in any round except the final round. Other absences would score zero.
Trophy for the winner of each section, plus medals for 2nd and 3rd placed.
NEW: Best game prize selected from any games which have been recorded.
The Paul Mould Shield will be open to all, and have the following format:

Time control: 65mins + 10s increments
Players are entitled to take one half-point bye in any round except the final round. Other absences would score zero.
The winner will hold the Paul Mould Shield for 12 months. Highest placed junior becomes Junior Club Champion and wins a trophy to keep. Highest placed over-65 also wins a trophy and becomes Senior Club Champion.
